About Tammy Luce

"I love meeting new people and entertaining at home. I enjoy having friends gathered at the table sharing a home cooked meal and getting to know one another. I want guests to feel welcome, like home and part of our family."
The Brick Ark has been a dream coming to reality. I have enjoyed building the bed & breakfast and had to demolition a large section of my original home. It is difficult to tear down your kitchen, bath, laundry and storage room, knowing that it will take several months to rebuild. The name is based on the story of Noah in the Bible. During the building phase, the task was so great, with hundreds of decisions and months of work, that it must be how Noah felt building the Ark. I have been involved in every step of the process from the design, framing, drywall, painting, landscaping & trim. I have been the General Contractor and the laborer attending to every detail. I have learned so much about building and wouldn't trade this opportunity for anything. It has all been worth it and I am so pleased to welcome you into my home.
Guests will enjoy the 1880 Brick Italianate home with beautiful oak woodwork, winding staircase, pocket doors, transoms, hardwood floors, clawfoot tub and fireplace. Guests will love the warmth and comfort of the newly renovated addition with all the amenities, three private rooms & baths, each unique in design, color & style.
Come and tour the newly renovated downtown square in Albion, seat of Noble County in northeast Indiana. Per Catey Sullivan, Midwest Living Magazine, "The experience is like stepping into a Norman Rockwell painting."
